District 1 consists of 3 sections which in total are comprised of 8 States in the Northeastern portion of the county. 

The Met Section is made up of members from The Greater New York City Area including Northern New Jersey, Long Island, New York City and its surrounding counties.

The New England Section is made up of members from Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

The New York Upstate Section is made up of members from all regions north of New York City.
